Neil Ash, local San Diego philanthropist, endorsed California 53rd District congressional candidate C. Mason Weaver today.  Ash is best known for the San Diego Country Regional Airport USO, which is named in his honor. He is also known for his time as a Naval Officer during World War II and the Korean War. Ash has been involved with several organizations, such as being on the Board of Governors at the USO World Headquarters in Washington D.C., the Board of Councilors at the School of Law, USC, and the Vice-President and Trustee at the San Diego Museum of Art.

Ash feels strongly about Weaver running for the 53rd District of California and says that he thinks it is important to support a proven conservative warrior for the critical battle ahead, and that Weaver is the perfect candidate.

Weaver supports reducing taxes, off-shore drilling in the United States, securing the border, freeing the entrepreneurial spirit, and protecting our sovereignty.
